Performs a wide variety of data analyses under the general supervision of customer service support manager.
Responsible to performing data analysis for CIR/PUCT/BBB complaints
Responsible for trending complaint data and performing root cause analysis as it relates to current processes
Responsible to trending customer satisfaction survey data and making recommendations on improving satisfaction scores
Will be included in call rotation for handling and resolving CIR/PUCT complaints
Responsible for documenting and updating current customer service support processes
Will be responsible for serving as backup to providing the Public Benefit Fund calculation
Responsible for investigating and resolving customer back billing requests
Will be responsible for performing Alert Messaging storm duty responsibilities in Texas and other Entergy Operating Companies
Responsible commercial account annual rate reviews
Responsible for performing annexation reviews and/or changes
Serve on non-profit or professional organization boards
Responsible for addressing diversity and inclusion within department
Minimum education required of the position
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience. Desired: Master's Degree.
Minimum experience required of the position
Analyst I: 0-2 years of professional experience.
Analyst II: 2-4 years of professional experience.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position
Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position
Office environment with minimal physical requirements.
