Job Summary/Purpose

Performs a wide variety of data analyses under the general supervision of customer service support manager.

  • Job Duties/Responsiblities:

  • Responsible to performing data analysis for CIR/PUCT/BBB complaints

  • Responsible for trending complaint data and performing root cause analysis as it relates to current processes

  • Responsible to trending customer satisfaction survey data and making recommendations on improving satisfaction scores

  • Will be included in call rotation for handling and resolving CIR/PUCT complaints

  • Responsible for documenting and updating current customer service support processes

  • Will be responsible for serving as backup to providing the Public Benefit Fund calculation

  • Responsible for investigating and resolving customer back billing requests

  • Will be responsible for performing Alert Messaging storm duty responsibilities in Texas and other Entergy Operating Companies

  • Responsible commercial account annual rate reviews

  • Responsible for performing annexation reviews and/or changes

  • Serve on non-profit or professional organization boards

  • Responsible for addressing diversity and inclusion within department

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum education required of the position

Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience. Desired: Master's Degree.

Minimum experience required of the position

Analyst I: 0-2 years of professional experience.

Analyst II: 2-4 years of professional experience.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position

Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position
