JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

Responsible for ensuring alignment between emerging regulatory requirements, corporate goals and objectives, and continuity with historic perspectives, policies, and rate schedules. Provides strategic and tactical input in support of filing preparations. Additionally, interprets proper application of service policies, rate applications, and service standards as filed when unique or gray situations occur, all in support of peers in Customer Service as well as Regulatory. Interfaces regularly with Commission staff members and can be required to develop, review, and present testimony in appropriate areas.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Establishes and manages project schedules to ensure timely responses to regulatory information requests by leveraging OpCo and System resources.

Reviews drafts of proposed filings to ensure adequacy and accuracy.

Coordinates the dissemination and recovery of data requests in support of regulatory responses and filings.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum education required of the position

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, or related field or equivalent work experience. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum experience required of the position

10+ years experience in electric utility industry preferred.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position

Demonstrated effective leadership skills with ability to work under stressful situations. Desired skills: Planning and organizing skills; Problem solving and Strategic thinking; and Communicating effectively.
