This position will be filled as an Analyst Sr or Analyst Sr Lead depending on the candidates qualifications and experience

Individual who supports the IT Asset Management program and contributes to process definition, measurement, and enforcement.
Support the asset management program in the creation of principles, processes, and procedures
Work closely with Change Management to analyze changes and ensure CMDB is updated
Assist in conducting configuration audits and reconciliation
Create sustainable improvements in Entergy’s ServiceNow CMDB through enhancements to MidServer, KPI, Discovery, and Service Map configuration
Build consensus across Change Management, Asset Owners, and Security to propose processes that support audit, inspection, and timely maintenance of the CMDB
Direct Jr. Analyst on priorities and help build internal competency with CMDB best practices
Minimum education and experience required of the position.
Analyst Sr: Bachelor's Degree in computer science or business-related field and 6+ years of relevant experience is required, or in lieu of a degree 10+ years of relevant experience is required.
Analyst Sr Lead: Bachelor's Degree in computer science or business-related field and 8+ years of relevant experience is required, or in lieu of a degree 12+ years of relevant experience is required.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position
Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience with ServiceNow and PowerBI
Scrum experience is a plus
Any certificates, licenses, etc. required of the position
ITIL Certification is a plus
