The CUBE is a new group within Entergy being established to innovate and disrupt current ways of thinking with customer-focused solutions .
This group will work in a startup environment to quickly identify, develop, and release new products, etc.

Responsible for plans and designs that deliver the best possible end user experience. Provides overall expertise and advocacy on user centered design. Sits at the intersection of strategy, design and technology, leveraging their attention to detail and forward-thinking leadership.
Develops product and service solutions that consider all the complexities of delivering business and customer value.
1. Understand the user
Define the user by gathering & analyzing qualitative & quantitative insights
Use personas and task models to uncover adjacent opportunities
Introduce trends and exemplars across a variety of emerging technologies like AI, IoT, VR and AR
2. Develop user experience in line with product build
Inventory and assess existing user experience (expert review
Articulate the user needs and opportunities (balance user needs with business needs) from a usability perspectiv
Coordinate finalization of UI design artifact
Ensure end user experience plans match what is being built
- Partner with team to deliver user centric product
Plan, facilitate and lead design user centered design workshops and activities to align, anchor and move teams toward usability
Coordinate users inclusion through various methods e.g. rapid feedback, listening labs and usability testing
Coordinate with appropriate resources to archive final artifacts
- Shared Accountabilities and collaborations
Shares accountability with Strategic Designer to deliver designs that address user frictions
Facilitates and leads activities with the team to define, design and rapidly model the solution and end user experience
Facilitates design reviews with key stakeholders

Minimum education required of the position
· Bachelor's degree required
Minimum experience required of the position
· 5+ years’ experience in , with proven record in Business Analysis and/or 3+ years in Experience Design.
· A background with product prototyping and testing, future visioning and strategy development required
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position
· Proficiency in PC Windows environment (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Experience in translating user research into iterative product solutions
Forward thinking, innovative; curiosity for technology, UI, applications
Able to collaborate across business and IT
Experience with or strong eagerness to learn/adopt Agile ways of working
Entrepreneurial, experience in the start-up scene and/or with innovative tech firms
- Team oriented and flexible with proven track record in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and driving results, especially via influence management
- Experienced in working with executives and influencing across the organization
Must be self-motivated, have high integrity and credibility and be able to work independently
Must be flexible and have ability to interface with a diverse group of individuals and cross-functional teams
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communications skills-capable of developing well-structured communications and presentations, storytelling ability
