The official title for this position will be IT Business Analyst or IT Business Analyst Sr depending on experience and is an individual contributor role.

Business Intelligence: IT Cyber Security - Metrics, Analytics & Reporting
Architect, build and deliver IT cyber security risk and compliance metrics, analytics, and reporting.
Partner with IT Security leaders and the IT Reporting, Visualization & Analytics team.
Combine business intelligence and data science practices.
Apply data analytics practices and the right tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SAS, Splunk, SQL, Hadoop).
Gather requirements, formulate metrics, and synthesize analytics.
Work with complex data sets, integrating structured and unstructured data.
Apply risk event data, KDEs, KCIs, KPIs, and KRIs, and model risk & control relationships.
Ensure data life cycle governance, lineage, and quality.
Author whitepapers, case studies, and digital media.
Communicate clearly in technical and business terms with powerful messaging, via compelling products.
Support governance committees, working groups and forums.
Support issue management, risk acceptances, and the IT Security - Corrective Action Program.
Sustain effective engagement with Business Partners, Auditors, and Regulators.
Advance our people, process, and technology agenda to foster individual, team, and Entergy success.
5 to 7+ years directly relevant to the position.
Experience relevant for the position includes, but is not limited to:
Business intelligence, data science, analytics, visualization, and reporting.
Power BI, Tableau, SAS, MDXDAX, QuickSight, Java, SQL, Hadoop, Spark, Python, Ruby, MATLAB.
Preferred: IT cyber security, risk, controls, audit, and compliance practices; e.g. COBIT, NIST-CSF.
Intermediate level communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent
ANY CERTIFICATES, LICENSES ETC., REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
Must demonstrate commitment to professional development. Preferred relevant qualifications: CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.
