This position can be filled between an Analyst III-SR depending on experience and physically located within any Entergy Phyical Location.
Job Summary / Purpose
Interanlly classified as Analyst III-SR (CCO), As part of the Consumer Insights organization, the Marketing Analyst will ensure the voice of the customer is represented in all decisions in the customer organization by analyzing customer feedback and comparing it to both internal and external data relevant to the Entergy customer experience. Utilize and continuously update the data lake of key customer data points collected to develop models and dashboards to effectively provide insights to on-going customer needs to ultimately improve the Entergy customer experience.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
Execute quantitative and qualitative research studies (e.g., customer surveys, focus groups, 3rd party research vendors), and then summarize and synthesize these learnings to enable tactical decisions for customer organization strategies (e.g., new products, customer pain points, marketing and sales campaigns, etc.)
Provide analysis to deliver actionable and most impactful insights for cross-functional Customer Journey team based on relevant research and customer data including effects of broader energy and consumer trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop data requirements and use cases for relevant research to deliver customer strategy objectives
Work with Business Data & Insights and IT to manage data collection, sources and tools to create predictive insights.
Partner with Product Owners, Journey teams, Marketing and Sales to inform go to market potential for new and existing products and services.
Ability to translate complex data into meaningful reporting to effectively inform product development, pricing, and customer engagement.
Continuous monitoring and reporting of impact of strategies and actions taken as a result of insights.
Minimum education required of the position
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field required or equivalent work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Operational Research, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum experience required of the position
Analyst III (CCO) – 4-6 years of professional experience
Analyst Sr (CCO) – at least 6 years of professional experience
Experience with modeling and analysis tools for customer insights
3-5 years of experience in a financial reporting role with the ability to demonstrate strong financial leadership
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position
Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
